Dispute Resolution Specialist Intern

This open post is for a student to support the Dispute Resolution Specialists within the BSC Credit team based in Budapest.



Feladatok:
The primary purpose is to provide assistance to the customer in relation to conciliations and investigations into unresolved (end) customer claims that are or will be impacting the aged debt or bad debt on trade accounts, identify areas to improve cash flow, work with business partners improving processes. The Intern will be required to liaise with key stakeholders and end customers to handle simple investigations.

- Support the standard claims management process driving reduction in the overall dispute value for the EMEA division through SAP and Get Paid platforms.

- Ensure all queries are categorised accurately and documentation is gathered from end customers to support improvement of resolution lead team.

- Provides guidance to internal customers in relation to handling claims/queries impacting aged debt showing sustained key performance improvements on past due values.

- Build key business relationships with sales and operational teams to drive improvements in the OTC cycle.

- Ensure all credit notes raised for claims are matched within SLA accurately

Eaton's EMEA Business Service Center (BSC) opened in July 2015 in Budapest, Hungary. It is the newest addition to Eaton's EMEA regional capability, helping to manage operations across the region through customer care, sales support, commercial management as well as internal functional support.

The BSC provides centralized Customer Care and Sales Support to customers and partners across the region for Hydraulics and Electrical businesses covering:

Sales Support: technical and application support, pre-sales quotations, inside sales support and product selection assistance to customers, end users, field sales, wholesalers, distributors and resellers as well as troubleshooting product problems / warranty.

Customer Order Service: commercial support including order management, order entry, price and availability, lead time, quality, logistics and billing coordination.

The BSC is a center for commercial and business management. Eaton’s Electrical Hungarian sales office is also hosted at Krisztina KP.

The BSC also provides assistance to Eaton’s corporate functions, including IT projects as well as HR Services, Supply Chain, Transfer Pricing, Treasury, Tax, Document Management, Accounting and Finance support.


Feltétel:
- Minimum 1 year Economy/related education at any University or College
- PC/Technical Skills and Experience with Microsoft Office Products including MS Excel
- Intermediate English is a must, additional European languages would be preferable but not essential
