In Remeteszőlős, Patak Sétány we offer a beautiful family duplex with a private garden for rent. (200 square meters, 3 floors.) The house was built in 2008 and is in excellent condition. The property is located only three minutes from AISB by car and about eight minutes walking.
This house features a double garage, a laundry and boiler room, a small recreation room and a small club room on the garage level.
The first floor has a large living room with a fire place (cserépkályha – tiled stove) and a panoramic view. There is also a dining room, kitchen, wardrobe, pantry room and a bathroom with a shower on this level.
The house can be accessed from the first floor and the garage level. There are two balconies accessible from the living and dining room: one is attached to a 200 square meter garden which is partly tiled and the other one has a panoramic view toward the hills of Budai Tájvédelmi Körzet.
