We are looking for an IT Support and helpdesk colleague.
Do you speak Croatian and English fluently?
Do you have experience in IT related customer support?
Key Responsibilities:
You are responsible for an effective and customer-friendly telephone support for our customers with technical questions concerning our system.
-handle incoming phone calls and mails
-resolve IT problems
-analyses requests and problems and develops solution suggestions
Requirements:
-Croatian – native or fluent
-English – native or fluent
-experience in desktop support helpdesk or other experience in IT support
-open minded and flexible personality
-willingness to learn
-strong problem solving skills
-cooperative and supportive personality
-team spirit
-general knowledge about the MS Office; Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
