Requirements:
Fluent in English and/or German
Problem solving abilities
Working independently and in a positive team environment
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Precise and persistent personality
Key tasks:
Manage inbound calls from all clients
Identify clients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
Obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle inquiries
Research required information using available resources
Other administrative duties
